for no apparent reason my vape just turns off after taking 1 or 2 hits the screen freezes up nothing works and it turns off and then i have to turn it on again, tried cleaning it, switching modes, emptying the charge, full charging it , reinstalled the firmware but nothing seems to fix the issue. this has become a pain in the ass especially with the current lock down situation i cant even get it checked out
